Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Sire. If something’s not quite right, we’ll
do our best to make it right. That said, we do have a few rules around returns—especially
when it comes to hygiene and safety.
Can I Return My Item?
You can return your item within 30 days of purchase as long as:

It hasn’t been used or worn.

It’s still in the original packaging.

You’ve got proof of purchase (like your order number or receipt).
What Can’t Be Returned?
Because of hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on items that have been used, opened, or worn. This includes things like:

Braces, wraps, and supports

Compression gear
-
Therapy tools that touch the skin

Hot/cold packs
-
Orthotics or insoles
Once these are opened or used, we can’t resell them—thanks for understanding!
What About Refunds?
If your return is approved, we’ll send your refund back to your original payment method
within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Damaged or Defective Products?
If something shows up broken or doesn’t work properly, let us know within 7 days of
delivery. We’ll either replace it or give you a full refund—no stress.

Who Pays for Shipping?
